The Company was incorporated in 1956 by the Balfour family to act as a Management structure for its growing real estate portfolio. With only a couple of exceptions, all properties are "Balfour built", with the first one constructed in the early 1930's.

Today, as a licensed Residential Property Manager, the Company continues to manage apartments, townhouses and duplex properties which are owned by both individuals and corporations controlled by the Balfour family.
